Digital marketing
(Freshers or Exp < 1yr)

Da Miracle seeks an Intern-Digital Marketing for the Digital Marketing department. This internship is designed for students interested in pursuing careers in marketing or related fields. The intern will be exposed to several facets of Digital Marketing, as well as different industries (Worldwide) Marketing policies and procedures.


Create websites/contents(all-types like graphic, video...) or any other digital content using tools & resources available at company.
Build branded social media pages (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc) for us & our clients.
Contribute to brain-storming strategies.
Assists department with other projects and duties as assigned.

-End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.
-Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis
-Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts
-Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns
-Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets
-Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
-Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
-Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
-Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
-Making On-page and Off-Page optimization base on Google guide lines.
-Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
-Working knowledge of ad serving tools
-Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Account Manager

Client Responsibilities -

  • Managing a portfolio of reputable clients, from different sectors ( FMCG giants, E-comm start-ups, Professionals, leading news channels etc).
  • Establish and maintain regular and appropriate communication with the key contact(s) for the client through meetings, emails, calls.
  • Ramp up new clients quickly and efficiently - meet requirements and set clear expectations.
  • Ensure that clients are managed profitably - give strategic advice to support their growth plans.
  • Grow revenue from existing client relationships - understand client needs/requirements in order to contact with appropriate product/services information
  • Retain existing clients and manage dispute resolution
  • Work with dedicated Senior Manager to manage overall client experience
  • Perform delivery of client strategy in regular Account Review face-to-face presentations
  • Learning, understanding and advising clients on how to use our technology

Collaboration responsibilities -

  • Work closely with internal counterparts to lead affiliate initiatives across territories
  • Work closely with publisher services to identify partnership opportunities to grow our business
  • Working closely with Analytics’ team to help interpret data and build more effective strategies
  • Work with other channel counterparts to provide full experience to clients
  • Plan communication activities for your account’s campaigns
  • Developing, maintaining, and extending relationships internally and externally
  • Taking on 1-3 internal projects per year

// Digital Marketing Account Manager Account Manager Key Requirements:

Technical /functional expertise -

  • 1+ years of digital marketing experience including client service (agency, client or consulting)
  • Degree in a Marketing field preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programmes - particularly Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in strong client relationships, reinforced by building trust, advising and upselling
  • Detailed Digital Marketing Strategy skills (knowledge of key drivers and trends ) ability to be proactive by reading data and coming up with innovative solutions for each client).
  • Excellent time management and communication skills together with the ability to be flexible and creative.
  • Web literate (tracking analytics and methods)
  • You have a passion for digital marketing, innovation & start-up culture.
